"Totally unexpected find in Northfield!"

I had read about this newer bakery and stopped in to pick up a few random treats.
Flourless chocolate cake: orgasmic? Yes. Amazing? Yes. Rich? Yes. Fresh, light but decadent with fresh raspberries on top. Highest recommendation.
Cannoli: clearly made with high quality ingredients and was just really great. If you're a cannoli fan, I would try this too.
Cupcakes: we had the raspberry mascarpone and the rum and cola. Both of them were fresh, delish and had great favors that blended really well together. They had a lot of really nummy looking flavor combinations and I heard a lot of people talking about their delicious choices while we were there. It doesn't seem like you can really go wrong with their cupcakes.
Strawberry cheesecake: my least favorite of what we tried but still pretty good. I'm kind of a Cheesecake Factory kind of girl, so it just didn't suit my particular taste.
And I also must mention that the presentation of their delicacies was great. Very well done and put together. I am already trying to come up with an excuse to go back...

I had this amazing cupcake that had a lemon filling AND, raspberry "frosting" (it doesn't seem like frosting because it is sooooo good) AND, white chocolate pieces AND, a fresh raspberry! The service was nice and was willing to help. I highly recommend Cakewalk if you'r looking for a fun treat in Northfield!"
